About This Publication

Integrating Data from User Activities of Social Networks into Public Administrations was co-authored with Christiane Lehrer and Reinhard Jung. It was published in Information Systems Frontiers — A Journal of Research and Innovation (Springer, Vol. 19, No. 2, pp. 253–266, ISSN 1387-3326).

This journal article extends the earlier data model to the public sector context. It develops a framework of 40 user activity types applicable to government use cases and emphasises the role of self-developing integration software that gives administrations direct control over social network data flows.
