Enterprise Architecture Consultant (m/f/d)
Portamus GmbH is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Consultant to join our senior consulting team. You will work directly with large enterprises, public administrations, and mid-market clients on challenging architecture and digital transformation programmes.
We Offer
Portamus provides consulting services in Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), Business Process Management (BPM), and IT Service Management (ITSM), supporting large enterprises and public administrations with complex initiatives and digital transformation. You will analyse and assess a range of subject-specific and technical issues and prepare strategic architectural decisions with organisation-wide scope.
- Planning and conception of enterprise architecture
- Establishing architecture principles and supervising adherence
- Creating evaluation reports and architecture models for decision support
- Reviewing architecture proposals and providing expert opinions
- Presenting current and planned status to management
- Evaluating opportunities and risks of technological developments
- Conducting workshops for architecture board topics
- Mediating between stakeholders and development teams
- Designing and assessing target architectures

Your Profile
- University degree in information systems, computer science, business administration with IT focus, or a comparable programme
- Several years of practical experience enabling organisation-wide technology decisions
- Ability to operate as a well-rounded professional across strategic, functional, and technical levels
- Willingness to travel to client locations across Germany (Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Hannover, München, Nürnberg, Karlsruhe)
- Structured, methodical, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong collaborative and mediation skills for working with diverse stakeholder groups
